Q: When I opened my phone, the auto-start feature unexpectedly displayed content that I have never seen before.
A: One of the features of Emdigo 3D is automatic content updates and suggestions. The automatic updates allow us to load the latest content onto your phone when it is not in use. Occasionally, we may also provide you with content suggestions or sponsored "bonus content." You can modify the default application settings (such as auto-start or updates) in the settings menu which can be accessed from the main menu.
Q: I am unable to browse any content with Emdigo 3D. I see the message "Failed to Load."
A: You are either in an area without network reception (Emdigo 3D requires network reception to load content and icons) or your phone is set to "airplane mode" (cellular antenna turned off).
Q: How do I add or remove content from auto-start?
A: The auto-start feature displays one piece of content randomly chosen from your purchased/saved content, or always displays a specific piece of content if it is set by you as the "Autostart" content. You can set or unset a particular content as the chosen auto-start content as follows:

Q: I have turned on auto-start but Emdigo 3D does not automatically start when I open my phone.
A: Unfortunately, some phones do not support the Emdigo3D auto-start capability. If your handset does not support auto-start, you need to start Emdigo 3D manually.
If your phone does support auto-start (e.g. most Motorola RAZR and KRZR), re-launch Emdigo 3D manually and review your auto-start setting in the "SETTINGS" menu (navigate from the HOME screen). If this problem persists, contact technical support.
Q: My phone automatically restarted when I opened it or got stuck on an emdigo 3D image.
A: Even though our QA team has thoroughly tested for compatibility issues, there may be situations where our software conflicts with other software installed on your phone. Review recently installed software and contact technical support if the problem persists. If you have two Emdigo applications installed (e.g. Emdigo 3D and NFL Team Tailgate), disable the "Auto-Update" feature of the application that is currently not in use to avoid potential conflicts between the idle application and any other software that may be currently in use.
Q: I would like to remove Emdigo3D from my phone, how can I do this?
A: To remove Emdigo3D from your handset, use the navigation keys on your handset and:
